Ohio State University is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Clinical Quality and Patient Safety to help develop and implement components of the patient safety program. Under the direction of the Director, Patient Safety, you will assist in the development and implementation of initiatives aimed at improving care and reducing harm.

Position focuses on creating a culture of safety, accreditation and regulatory compliance, monitoring performance, education and awareness, and leadership in event

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing; RN required.
• 1 year of relevant experience required; 2-4 years preferred.
• Master's degree preferred; Six Sigma yellow belt or higher preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement patient safety program initiatives.
• Create and promote a culture of safety within the organization.
• Support accreditation and regulatory compliance efforts.
• Monitor performance, provide education and awareness on patient safety.
• Lead performance improvement, event reporting, sentinel event analysis and root cause analysis.
• Drive proactive risk assessments and reward/recognition initiatives.
