Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Senior Clinical Quality Analyst to support our Population Health team. The role focuses on regulatory reporting, quality improvement, and data-driven decision support.

If you reside in New Mexico, remote work options are available while traveling up to 10% within the territory. You will analyze clinical quality and utilization data, develop dashboards and reports, validate data, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of health care experience.
• 3+ years of experience extracting data with tools such as SAS, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• 2+ years of experience developing and implementing performance improvement projects or using data to develop intervention strategies to improve outcomes.
• Experience using AI tools to improve efficiency, analyze data, identify trends, assist with reporting, or support analytical workflows would also be highly desirable.
• Ability to collect, analyze and present data.
• Ability to travel up to 10% within a designated territory.
• Reside in the State of New Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing clinical quality, utilization, and population health data.
