Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Senior Clinical Quality Analyst in New Mexico with remote work flexibility. You will analyze clinical quality, utilization and population health data, develop reports and dashboards, validate data, and translate findings for leaders to drive improvement.

You will guide quality initiatives, support population health efforts, and travel up to 10% within the territory as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of health care experience.
• 3+ years of experience extracting data with tools such as SAS, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• 2+ years of experience developing and implementing performance improvement projects or using data to develop intervention strategies to improve outcomes.
• Experience using AI tools to improve efficiency, analyze data, identify trends, assist with reporting, or support analytical workflows would also be highly desirable.
• Ability to collect, analyze and present data.
• Ability to travel up to 10% within a designated territory.
• Reside in the State of New Mexico.

Responsibilities
