Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of health care experience.
• 3+ years of data extraction with SAS, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• 2+ years developing and implementing performance improvement projects.
• Experience using AI tools to improve efficiency and analytics.
• Ability to travel up to 10% within a designated territory.
• Reside in the State of New Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing clinical quality, utilization, and population health data.
• Developing reports, dashboards, scorecards, and presentations.
• Validating data and investigating performance trends and outliers.
• Translating complex findings into actionable recommendations for operational and clinical leaders.
• Supporting quality improvement and population health initiatives across the organization.
