Job summary

Knowesis is seeking an SME IV – Clinical Psychologist to translate complex clinical guidance into actionable support tools for the Military Health System. You will lead the development of products for providers, patients and families.

This role requires a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, at least 13 years of postdoctoral experience, and a minimum of 3 years building tools to improve evidence-based mental health care. Hybrid telework is available; a Tier 2 clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Clinical Psychology is required.
• At least 13 years of full-time postdoctoral work experience in clinical psychology.
• At least 3 years of postdoctoral work developing tools or training for evidence-based mental health care.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex clinical recommendations into actionable information products for healthcare providers, patients, and families.
• Manage the full cycle of product development for deliverables targeting MHS stakeholders.
• Develop brief clinical recommendations based on evidence synthesis findings on effective mental health treatments.
• Produce technical artifacts (reports, tools, briefings, presentations, manuscripts) aligned with PHCoE mission.
