Job summary

BD is a global medical technology leader seeking a Clinical Project Manager to drive multicenter trials from initiation through closeout. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across sites, vendors and CROs, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.

The role requires a bachelor’s in life sciences, at least 5 years in clinical studies and PM experience, plus TMF ownership and strong regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical study experience and 5 years PM experience.
• Hands-on TMF management ensuring inspection-readiness.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial concepts and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and reviews study documents (protocols, ICF, monitoring plan).
• Manages study timelines and deliverables with cross-functional teams.
• Oversees study management resources and budget forecasts.
• Mentor other Clinical Project Managers.
• Liaises with sites, PIs, CROs and vendors.
• Ensures compliance with ICH-GCP and regulatory standards.
