Job summary

Oregon Health & Science University is seeking a Clinical Project Manager to support the Knight Cancer Institute and advance access, quality, and patient outcomes across the cancer care continuum.

Reporting to the Director of Business Development, you will lead enterprise program leadership, coordinate activities across departments, monitor budgets, and develop policies to ensure successful program execution and strategic alignment.

Qualifications

• Seven years of progressively responsible program management experience.
• Experience administering large, complex programs and projects.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience managing program operations, budgets, resources, timelines, and priorities.
• Experience developing, implementing, and evaluating policies and procedures.
• Experience preparing reports and presentations for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day management of large-scale, complex programs.
• Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate program activities across departments to meet objectives.
• Ensure alignment with strategic priorities and organizational goals.
• Monitor budgets, contracts, and resource utilization; provide analyses.
• Lead meetings, governance forums, and provide guidance on implementation.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for departmental and institutional leadership.
