Supernus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Operations Lead to provide leadership, direction, and execution of protocols across clinical programs.

The role requires coordinating with Clinical Research and Operations teams, managing vendors, budgets, and timelines to ensure compliant and timely trials. Ideal candidates will have a BS/BA in a biomedical discipline with 6+ years of clinical operations experience, or an MS with 5+ years (PhD/MD/PharmD/DVM with 3+ years also acceptable).

• Plan and implement clinical trials for assigned programs.
• Oversee vendor selection and management, including RFPs, timelines, and budgets.
• Forecast study budgets and collaborate with finance.
• Serve as Clinical Operations Lead in project team meetings.
• Ensure compliance with protocol and GCPs.
• Contribute to development of Target Product Profiles and SOPs.
