Job summary

Climb Bio in Wellesley, MA seeks an Associate Director/Director, Clinical Program Lead to translate clinical development strategy into executable operational plans. This role leads program-level execution across CLYM116 studies, partnering with CROs, Legal, and Finance to ensure timely, compliant delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field.
• 10+ years of clinical operations experience, including hands-on trial management.
• Experience overseeing CROs, vendors, and external partnerships.
• Knowledge of GCP, regulatory requirements, and quality systems.
• Proficient in MS Office; ability to travel ~15%.

Responsibilities

• Lead program-level operational planning and execution for the CLYM116 program.
• Coordinate Clinical Operations planning across studies and timelines.
• Manage CRO performance, budgets, and governance processes.
• Collaborate with Legal and Finance on contracts and compliance.
• Ensure TMF readiness and inspection readiness.
