Job summary

AWARE Inc. in Great Falls, MT seeks a Lead Clinical Program Director to lead and oversee our clinical programs.

This full-time role starts at $85,000 per year and focuses on delivering high‑quality care, staff development, and strong community impact. You will hire, train, coach, and supervise all staff; ensure compliance with regulations; manage service area budgets; and foster collaboration with local agencies to support families.

Qualifications

• An advanced degree (MS, MA, PhD) in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Requires three (3) years direct work experience per supervision requirements.
• Must pursue and maintain LCSW or LCPC license and/or equivalent certification.
• Strong administrative understanding of mental health programs.
• Exceptional interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Ability to set goals and meet them within established standards.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, coach, and supervise all staff.
• Evaluate staff performance and provide ongoing professional development.
• Create a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Delegate tasks effectively and promote team training.
