Job summary

Maze Therapeutics is seeking a Sr. Project Manager, Clinical Operations to drive operational excellence across multiple clinical pharmacology studies, Phase 1–3, and early development programs in the SF Bay Area.

You will coordinate cross-functional planning, develop integrated project plans, dashboards, and governance, partner with Study Leads and Oversight Directors, and help implement scalable operational infrastructure to enable high-quality trial execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field is required.
• 6–8+ years in Clinical Project Management; 8+ years in Clinical Operations; 6+ years in biotech PM roles.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional clinical studies and governance meetings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional planning for multiple Phase 1–3 studies ensuring timelines and milestones align.
• Develop integrated project plans, risk registers, and action trackers for portfolio execution.
• Monitor milestones, dependencies, and risks; escalate issues to enable timely resolution.
• Lead governance meetings and SET activities; drive decisions and follow-up actions.
• Create dashboards and executive reports to track portfolio health and priorities.
• Support onboarding and training; promote continuous improvement in Clinical Ops.
