Job summary

St. David's Medical Center, part of the HCA Healthcare network, seeks a Senior Clinical Operations Liaison to support clinical initiatives across system, entity, and department levels.

You will work with nursing leadership and executives to drive quality, efficiency and cost-effective outcomes in surgical services. You will coordinate with department leadership, collaborate with ancillary teams, monitor SOP compliance, and perform audits and data analyses to inform management decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Operating Room.
• Surgical Tech experience required.
• Experience using Smart Application, Meditech, charge codes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with department leadership to improve operational activities and patient care.
• Collaborate with ancillary departments to drive change and process improvements.
• Monitor progress toward goals and ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Perform periodic audits, surveys and assessments.
• Implement and evaluate standard work processes for clinical practice.
• Collect, organize and analyze data and generate reports for management/regulators.
• Attend and support leadership committees.
• Other duties as needed.
