Bayside Marin Treatment Center is seeking an Assistant Clinical Director to lead and support our clinical team, overseeing operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a patient-centered environment. The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in a related field and 5+ years in mental health, with leadership experience to guide staff and drive positive outcomes.

Schedule: Sun–Thu; Salary: $78,434–$109,807.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or psychiatric nursing.
• Minimum 5 years in behavioral health with clinical experience across populations.
• 3+ years of supervision/management experience.
• Full license in LLP/LP, LPC, LMSW, NP/RN; QMHP/QMRP credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of clinical operations in assigned areas.
• Monitor clinical services related to service provision, treatment and access.
• Review performance results and develop improvement plans.
• Staff management including hiring, development, and performance management.
• Develop behavioral health processes, procedures and policies across programs.
• Participate in planning and reporting processes.
• Represent the company at community meetings.
• Collaborate with colleagues to foster a cooperative work environment.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and funding/licensing requirements.
• Prioritize patient safety and address patient complaints.
