Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a High-Level Clinical Nutrition Manager / Registered Dietitian to lead and grow nutrition services at Hoag Memorial Hospital Presbyterian in Newport Beach, CA. You will oversee clinical nutrition and patient foodservice operations across multiple healthcare sites, guiding a team of professionals and collaborating with clinical leadership to drive quality and innovation.

In this leadership role you will shape policies, mentor staff, and manage budgets, labor, and performance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nutrition or related field.
• Eligible for or credentialed as an RD (CDR).
• Bachelor's degree accepted if eligible for the RD exam before 1/1/24.
• Must obtain RD status within 120 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical nutrition and patient foodservice operations across multiple healthcare sites.
• Lead and mentor a clinical nutrition team; ensure regulatory compliance and quality initiatives.
• Guide care delivery with medical/nursing leaders; drive menu planning and clinical protocol development.
• Manage people, set direction, deploy resources and evaluate performance.
