Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification.
• One year of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Education: identify learning needs and provide patient education materials.
• Evaluation of Care: participate in evaluating patient care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Implementation: care for patients with complex problems and coordinate care.
• Leadership: support unit goals and promote collaboration and safety.
• Patient Assessment: identify priorities and plan discharge needs with families.
• Planning: update plans of care with multidisciplinary resources.
• Research: review journals for applicable studies and share ideas.
