Qualifications

• Licensure as a Registered Nurse in Maryland or eligible per MD Board of Nursing Compact.
• BSN or Specialty Certification required.
• Current AHA BLS certification required; ACLS, PAL, NRP certifications as unit-specific requirements.
• Significant clinical experience on the unit with leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Advance clinical practice on the unit and mentor nurses to develop their practice.
• Lead development and implementation of unit-based evidence-based protocols.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and uphold nursing standards.
• Participate in unit governance, orientation, and staff development activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and patient safety goals.
