Job summary

The Johns Hopkins Center for Substance Use and Infectious Disease Care Integration is seeking a Sr. Clinical Nurse for a full-time, hybrid role with the Frederick County Health Department’s Street Safe Program.

The incumbent will support implementation research, clinical objectives, and nursing services across diverse sites in Maryland. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will administer long-acting injectable medications, coordinate labs and testing, manage inventory and on-site supplies,

Qualifications

• Must be a registered nurse licensed in MD or state of practice.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related discipline.
• CPR certification required; licensure must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care, case management and coordination for PWUD.
• Administer LAIs, coordinate labs and testing, and monitor results.
• Nursing intake, Epic documentation, and scheduling of telemedicine.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and SSP partners.
• Travel to partner sites as needed to support care coordination.
