Come join CI Portfolio Company, UltraSight- AI Powered Cardiac Ultrasound as their newest Senior Clinical Marketing Director!
UltraSight is an AI-powered cardiac workflow company advancing access to high quality cardiac ultrasound. The UltraSight EchoSystem brings together structured training, real-time AI guidance and interpretation, and advanced analytics, so clinical providers beyond the cardiac sonographer can perform focused echocardiography at the bedside under qualified physician oversight. The result for health systems is more echo capacity, shorter backlogs, and faster cardiac insight across the ICU, ER and inpatient settings.
The company is FDA 510(k) cleared, has the EchoSystem deployed across more than 10 commercial sites spanning intensive care settings, and recently raised $24 million in Series B2 financing to scale its U.S. commercial expansion and build new workflows for the ICU and circulatory support. Its clinical evidence base is unusually deep for its stage, including twelve studies presented across ACC, ASE and ESC in 2026, a JAMA Cardiology publication, and late breaking PVAD IQ data at THT 2026.
UltraSight is moving from proving the technology to winning health system adoption. The evidence is there. The commercial team is being built. What the company needs is a leader who can turn clinical evidence into a clinical story that physicians, nurse leaders, echo lab directors and hospital executives each find credible, and who can carry that story from the first customer insight through to measured adoption at the bedside.
This is a specific skill set, distinct from public relations, communications and collateral production, which UltraSight already covers through external partners. This role owns the clinical substance behind the message: what the evidence says, who needs to hear it, how clinicians are trained and enabled to use it, and how that drives utilization. The right person starts as a hands on builder and grows into the clinical voice of the commercial organization as UltraSight scales.
This role is built for a clinically fluent marketer who is equally comfortable at the bedside, in an advisory board meeting, and in a hospital executive's office. You take clinical evidence seriously and know how to make it useful to a busy clinician. You do not wait to be handed a brief: you find the question the customer is really asking and build the answer before the field needs it. You are energized by building something that does not exist yet, at a company where the evidence is strong and the market is open.
Compensation: Competitive base + equity; commensurate with experience.
