Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in clinical laboratory technology or equivalent with NYSDOE licensure or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Maintain areas of responsibility per external licensing and auditing standards.
• Perform testing, quality control, and instrument calibration.
• Attend mandatory educational programs and continuing education.
• Handle specimen processing and LIS data entry accurately.
• Perform venipuncture and assist in blood bank testing as needed.
• Document corrective actions for test deviations.
