Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management information systems, computer science, life sciences or equivalent.
• Masters degree preferred.
• 3+ years of clinical technology experience or 5+ years in a similar role.
• Knowledge of CDASH and SDTM.
• Ability to influence without direct authority.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that study protocol requirements are reflected in systems designs and data standards are used.
• Specifies systems to optimize functionality, user experience, and data flow.
• Delivers on new clinical systems and integrations on time; uses PM tools to track progress and mitigates risks.
• Ensures TA- and program-level consistency.
• Interacts with DSS and cross-functional teams to meet objectives and synchronize dependencies.
• Adheres to GCPs, ICH guidelines, AbbVie SOPs and regulatory standards; stays updated on evolving regulations.
• Coaches and mentors Data Science Associates.
• Participates in DSS and cross-functional process improvements.
