Fujifilm Healthcare Americas Corporation is seeking a Senior Clinical Consultant to lead MI-Synapse initiatives, mentor junior consultants, and provide on-site and remote training to physicians, technologists, and clinicians. The role drives product knowledge, clinical workflow optimization, and high-quality service across Synapse projects.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in computer science, engineering, or relevant field required.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or relevant healthcare field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as project lead consultant for customers and company personnel.
• Coordinate training events with HCUS and customer sites.
• Provide feedback to Customers, Sales, Field Service, Marketing, Engineering, and Product line management on equipment issues and customer concerns.
• Assess the customer’s level of comprehension to facilitate effective on-site training and optimal product operation.
• Mentor Clinical Consultants MI-I and II; support TAC and clinical validations.

Education

Associate degree in computer science / engineering / relevant field

Bachelor’s degree preferred in computer science / engineering / healthcare
