Abbott is seeking a Principal Clinical Advisor, Clinical Engineering to support product development with clinical expertise and to contribute to risk analysis and device testing across multiple locations, including Temecula, CA, Santa Clara, CA or St. Paul, MN.

Ideal candidate has 7+ years in catheter lab environments, RT/RN/RCIS certification, and strong writing and cross-functional collaboration skills, with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 7+ years of related work experience.
• RT, RN, or RCIS certification.
• 4-5 year catheter lab experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel 30-50% (including international).

Responsabilités

• Support product development with clinical insights for bench and device testing.
• Write device Instructions For Use (IFU).
• Participate in Risk Analysis and Health Hazard Assessments.
• Contribute to Product Action and recall discussions.
• Mentor junior staff and develop project goals.
