The role requires 7+ years in clinical engineering or related field, RN/RT/RCIS certification, catheter lab experience, and 30–50% travel. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor staff while advancing patient safety and product quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree + 7+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination.
• RT, RN, or RCIS certification or degree
• 4-5 year recent catheter lab experience (coronary + endovascular ideal)
• Willingness to travel up to 30-50% (including international)

Responsibilities

• Support product development by contributing clinical knowledge to bench testing and device evaluations.
• Create clinical performance evaluation plans to assess physician acceptance and product performance.
• Participate in Risk Analysis to identify and analyze patient risks.
• Participate in Product Action process by performing Health Hazard Assessments.
• Contribute clinical perspective to recall decisions and coordinate with Product Action committee.
• Establish networks to facilitate assignment completion.
• Help develop less experienced staff and mentor colleagues.
• Assist in setting goals and objectives for projects.
• Influence middle management on technical or business solutions.
• Exercise judgment to select innovative, practical problem resolutions.
