Job summary

Kaiser Permanente seeks a dedicated Nursing Education leader to advance professional development for nurses and leaders. You will partner with stakeholders to identify gaps, design longitudinal education plans, and guide remediation efforts to close competency gaps.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of experience in clinical teaching or precepting, nursing professional development, delivering educational programs, curriculum design, process improvement, professional development/evaluation, or related experience.
• Masters degree in Nursing or a health-related field AND minimum four (4) years of experience in an inpatient setting, clinic, and/or skilled nursing department or a directly health-related field.
• Registered Nurse License (California) required at hire.
• Basic Life Support required at hire.
• American Nurses Credentialing Center Certification in Nursing Professional Development within 6 months of hire.
