RADIAS Health seeks a Senior Clinical Director of Residential Services to provide strategic clinical leadership across IRTS and Crisis programs. You will oversee treatment programming, policy development, and compliance with applicable regulations, while managing budgets and supervising Program Directors.

Qualifications include MN licensed mental health status, a Master’s in behavioral sciences, and 5+ years of progressive leadership in behavioral health or related settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in the behavioral sciences or related field.
• Licensed Mental Health Professional in Minnesota.
• Minimum 5+ years leadership in behavioral health or closely related setting.
• Strong data analytics and budget management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic clinical leadership for RADIAS Health Residential Services IRTS and Crisis programs.
• Ensure program compliance with state, federal, and administrative codes.
• Oversee treatment programming, policy development, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Manage program budgets and monitor financial performance.
• Supervise and develop Program Directors and ensure timely reporting.
