Job summary

Erie Family Health Centers seeks a Clinical Director of Reproductive Health – Northwestern Prentice Hospital to lead the Northwestern Reproductive Health team and oversee inpatient and outpatient clinical activities. This role drives quality, patient satisfaction, professional development, and optimal staffing for OB/GYN and CNM providers within Erie and partner hospital settings.

Qualifications

• MD/DO or MSN/DNP degree required.
• Completion of ACGME OB/GYN residency or accredited midwifery program.
• ABOG or ACMB Board Certified.
• Two years clinical OB/GYN physician or CNM experience required.
• Two years supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership for Northwestern Reproductive Health Team.
• Staffing, recruitment, onboarding of OB/GYNs, APPs and midwives.
• Lead billing initiatives and ensure accurate charge submission.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Organize regular Northwestern Reproductive Health Team meetings.
• Collaborate with hospital partners and Erie senior leadership on quality and safety initiatives.

CPR/ACLS certification
