This is a senior management position, reporting directly to the CEO, and will be responsible for supporting clinical excellence, strengthening therapeutic practice, supervising licensed clinicians, and helping guide the continued evolution of Wellspring’s programs and services.

Our programs serve adolescents and young adults in long-term therapeutic and educational communities that include school and family-style residential environments.

The Senior Clinical Director will provide leadership, consultation, and oversight to licensed therapists and clinical staff across the organization. This position will help ensure that clinical services are consistent with Wellspring’s mission, philosophy, and core values while also promoting high standards of clinical care, professional growth, and accountability.

Clients and students who come to Wellspring and the Arch Bridge School often present with complex clinical needs, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma histories, victimization, suicidal behaviors, personality disorders, family conflict, adoption-related issues, substance use in partial remission, and school avoidance. Experience with these populations, in addition to Autism Spectrum Disorders and eating disorders, as well as a strong grounding in trauma-informed care, attachment-based work, and family systems, is strongly preferred.
