Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Senior Manager to oversee scientific and clinical aspects of I&I trials across early to late development. The role emphasizes data integrity, quality, and adherence to GCP while leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency.

The position is a hybrid role with collaboration across Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure high scientific and ethical standards in trial conduct. An advanced degree and extensive clinical development experience are required.

Qualifications

Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MS) in a relevant scientific discipline is required.
Experience in clinical development within pharma/biotech is required.
Involvement in Inflammation & Immunology (I&I) is preferred but not required.
Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration in cross-functional teams, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee scientific and clinical aspects of trials within the I&I portfolio.
Lead data review strategy and monitor safety and efficacy signals across trials.
Prepare clinical and regulatory documents (IBC, CSR, ICFs) and support submissions.
Collaborate with Clinical Ops, Biostatistics, Regulatory Affairs and other functions to meet objectives.
Mentor junior staff and identify quality and process improvements.
