Qualifications

Advanced scientific or clinical degree required; PhD, PharmD, or equivalent strongly preferred.
10+ years of progressive clinical R&D experience in pharma/biotech with global program exposure.
Proven people leadership and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of clinical scientists within Dermatology Franchise.
Drive strategic portfolio planning, resource allocation, and lifecycle management.
Advance AI-enabled, digital analytics capabilities to improve trial design and execution.
