About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Delivery Leader to join our growing team in the USA. This is a home-based role, offering flexibility while providing the opportunity to lead global and regional clinical trials across multiple therapeutic areas. The ideal candidate will have experience managing clinical trials and a strong background in project leadership, clinical operations, and strategic trial execution.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Oversee clinical trials, ensuring successful execution from start-up to close-out.
  2. Lead site selection and feasibility assessments, working closely with CRAs and investigators.
  3. Manage study timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to project objectives.
  4. Provide oversight on protocol administration, site initiation, monitoring, and study progress.
  5. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders, including sponsors, investigators, and project teams.
  6. Ensure compliance with GCP, FDA regulations, and company SOPs.
  7. Train and mentor CRAs and site staff, ensuring protocol adherence and data integrity.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Nephrology (renal trials) or Oncology experience is mandatory.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field (RN preferred) with 7+ years of industry experience, including 2-3 years as a Clinical Trial Manager or Clinical Trial Lead.
  • Strong background in monitoring and site management, preferably with experience in oncology or other complex indications.
  • CCRA or CCRP certification is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of GCP, FDA regulations, and clinical trial best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders efficiently.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% as required.
