TFS HealthScience is seeking a senior Clinical Database Programming Process Lead to own and develop a scalable database programming capability across the CDS group. The role blends strategy, governance and hands-on expertise to ensure high-quality DBP delivery across Business Units.

Based remotely in the UK, Sweden, Germany, Spain, Portugal or Poland, you will lead standards, training and capability development, while guiding audits, change control and risk-based improvements in a global CRO

Qualifications

• 10+ years' relevant experience in database programming within CRO/pharma or clinical data operations.
• Experience at senior roles (Principal DB Programmer, DBP SME) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of EDC/CDMS platforms and GxP expectations.
• Experience supporting audits, inspections and quality improvement actions.
• Ability to lead across multiple Business Units without direct line authority.

Responsabilités

• Develop, govern and improve the DBP capability plan, roadmaps and standards.
• Maintain SOPs, templates, tools and knowledge repository; drive change control.
• Provide escalation support and hands-on assistance for high-risk issues.
• Lead training, competency development and workforce planning for DBP staff.
• Support commercial and business discussions with SME input on capability and platform readiness.
