Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Data Scientist – Clinical Informatics (Analytics Enablement) to activate the clinical data repository and enable analysts, data scientists, and business partners to access high-quality data.

You will design data models, build a clinical data feature store, and develop well-documented analytics assets while ensuring HIPAA compliance and data governance across multiple lines of business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health informatics, public health, nursing, or related field.
• Master’s degree in Health Informatics or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Activate CVS Health’s clinical data repository for multiple use cases.
• Design and maintain clinical data models, taxonomies and classification frameworks.
• Build the clinical data feature store with standards and docs.
• Develop analytics by creating reusable data assets like tables, views, and features.
• Create and maintain data documentation including lineage and business logic.
• Build queries, dashboards, and visualizations for data quality and insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate data needs into solutions.
• Maintain data quality frameworks with validation and monitoring.
