As Principal Lead Data Manager, you will guide clinical data science workstreams, ensuring deliverables meet quality and timelines while coordinating with cross-functional teams across trials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, computer science, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in clinical data science, with a strong focus on data management and analysis in clinical trials.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
• Expertise in data analysis tools, statistical software, and data visualization techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel as required (approximately 15%)

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical data science workstreams, ensuring deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.
• Lead development and implementation of clinical data management strategies to optimize data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of data science techniques into trial designs.
• Oversee analysis of clinical data to provide actionable insights for study decisions.
• Provide strategic guidance on data governance, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
• Establish partnerships to leverage advancements in data science and technology in clinical research.
