Job summary

ICON plc is seeking a Senior Clinical Data Science Lead to oversee data science workstreams and drive the success of clinical trials. You will lead the development of data management strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide actionable insights from clinical data to inform study decisions.

The role requires extensive clinical data science experience, strong leadership, and expertise in analytics tools and visualization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, computer science, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in clinical data science, with a strong focus on data management and analysis in clinical trials.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
• Expertise in data analysis tools, statistical software, and data visualization techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and drive change in a complex organization.
• Willingness to travel as required (approximately 15%)
