Job summary

Fortrea is seeking a Senior Clinical Data Manager in Durham, NC to lead data management activities across studies, from start-up to database lock, ensuring quality and timeliness. You will mentor junior staff and collaborate with Sponsors to implement requirements with a SME approach.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in data management, strong leadership, and experience with sponsor management and cross-functional teams, while adhering to SOPs and GCP standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in life sciences or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in data management with sponsor management experience.
• Experience mentoring DM staff and leading project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead DM deliverables from study start-up to database lock within timelines and budgets.
• Mentor and train DM staff to ensure best practices.
• Act as SME in sponsor meetings and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and GCP standards.
