Job summary

A leading clinical research organization seeks a Principal Clinical Data Manager in Durham, North Carolina. Responsibilities include guiding CDM best practices, mentoring staff, and ensuring compliance in clinical data management processes. The salary range offered is $110,000 to $145,000, based on experience.

Qualifications

• At least eight years of experience in Clinical Data Management, including 4 years in a Senior position.
• In-depth knowledge of CDM activities and EDC systems.
• Excellent understanding of applicable regulations and Good Data Management Practices.

Responsibilities

• Participate as Subject Matter Expert in project meetings and client meetings.
• Train and mentor new and existing CDM team members.
• Lead development and updating of SOPs and process improvements.
