Job summary

Lilly seeks a Senior Clinical Data Manager to join Centessa’s clinical programs. This hands-on role reports to the Senior Director of Data Sciences, supporting data delivery across global teams and CROs with autonomy and direct impact in a fast-paced environment.

You will drive data management planning, oversee EDC systems, ensure CDISC/CDASH compliance, and contribute to protocols, SDSPs, and study reports, maintaining regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 6+ years of hands-on clinical data management experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; Lilly will not sponsor visas.
• Expert knowledge of electronic clinical data systems and multiple vendor EDC platforms.
• Experience managing CROs and technical vendors, with oversight of deliverables and timelines.
• Experience supporting regulatory submissions (Pre‑IND, IND, NDA, and/or BLA) is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of clinical data management activities for global development programs.
• Develop and oversee data management strategies and plans including data capture tool design and data processing.
• Establish and maintain clinical data systems and infrastructure including EDC, IRT, ePRO, ECG, and external data sources.
• Drive data standards strategy and CDISC/CDASH compliance for regulatory submissions.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and CRO/tech vendors to align requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Provide oversight of vendor platforms and processes for regulatory readiness and quality.
