Lilly seeks a Senior Clinical Data Manager to join Centessa’s clinical programs. This hands-on role reports to the Senior Director of Data Sciences, supporting data delivery across global teams and CROs with autonomy and direct impact in a fast-paced environment.
You will drive data management planning, oversee EDC systems, ensure CDISC/CDASH compliance, and contribute to protocols, SDSPs, and study reports, maintaining regulatory readiness.

Centessa Pharmaceuticals, a wholly owned subsidiary of Eli Lilly and Company, is a clinical-stage company developing orexin receptor 2 (OX2R) agonists as a new class of medicines for the treatment of narcolepsy and potentially other sleep-wake disorders. Centessa’s lead investigational candidate – cleminorexton (formerly ORX750) – is being developed for narcolepsy type 1, narcolepsy type 2, and idiopathic hypersomnia. The Senior Clinical Data Manager will report to the Senior Director of Data Sciences and serve as a hands‑on contributor supporting Centessa’s clinical programs. This role is ideal for an experienced, self‑motivated clinical data professional who enjoys working closely with the data, operating with autonomy, and making a direct impact in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.
The position partners cross‑functionally to support dependable, high‑quality clinical data delivery in support of key development milestones. The successful candidate brings strong technical expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to collaborate effectively across distributed teams.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$115,500 - $169,400
Full‑time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
