Job summary

Kaiser Permanente seeks a clinical initiatives consultant to align stakeholders and drive successful programs across care delivery settings. You will support development and implementation of clinical initiatives, systems and processes toward a future state, and help define goals, metrics, and priorities with management sponsors.

You will lead complex projects, perform data analyses, and support change management while ensuring compliance and vendor coordination across regions.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Care, Public Administration, Public Health, Statistics, Science or a directly related field and minimum five (5) years experience in consulting, data analytics, or project management in clinical operations or a health care environment, OR Master's degree and minimum three (3) years progressive experience in these areas, OR minimum eight (8) years progressive experience.
• Two (2) years of experience working with Medicare and Medicaid Duals (preferred).
• Two (2) years of experience consulting in a large multi-hospital system (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Recommends developmental opportunities for others; builds collaborative, cross-functional relationships.
• Supervises and coordinates daily activities of designated work team; aligns efforts with objectives.
• Serves as a consultant to align stakeholders and drive initiatives across clinical settings.
• Develops requirements for complex clinical/process solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Provides insight and supports development and implementation of clinical initiatives and metrics.
• Contributes to clinical strategy and prioritizes initiatives with sponsors; defines performance metrics.
• Performs data analyses to support care delivery and monitors vendor management and compliance.
