Job summary

OVME Aesthetics in Atlanta is seeking a Sr. Manager, Clinical Compliance to oversee regulatory and clinical compliance across all operating states. This high-autonomy role requires deep expertise in multi-state compliance, particularly in aesthetic medicine, and involves working closely with outside legal counsel.

The successful candidate will manage licensing obligations and ensure adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, and other regulations. Competitive pay and benefits are offered in a rapidly growing company.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of healthcare compliance experience, with at least 5 years in a multi-state environment.
• Deep working knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, FDA regulations in aesthetic medicine.
• Strong writing skills for internal policy and regulatory documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-state regulatory monitoring and translate changes into business operations.
• Manage licensing and renewals across all operating states.
• Serve as the primary liaison for OVME’s outside compliance and regulatory counsel.
