- Strong documentation and knowledge transfer capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical solutioning & tool evaluation across the platform.
- Lead cross-team solution discussions and coordinate with IT and clinical stakeholders.
- Evaluate build-vs-buy and native-vs-purpose-built options based on merit.
- Maintain fluency across adjacent IT domains (integration, security, data).
- Mentor analysts and contribute to roadmap discussions.
- Document decisions and coach on best practices for design and deployment.
