Job summary

HistoSonics, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Clinical Applications Specialist for Mountain West (Texas).

This remote (Texas-based) role develops clinical competency and field readiness of new commercial team members through immersive coaching, competency assessments, and onboarding program delivery. You will partner with Clinical Training teams to standardize onboarding, drive clinical best practices, and travel up to 70% to customer sites and training events, ensuring safe, effective histotripsy

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in clinical discipline preferred.
5+ years in clinical applications, clinical education, medical affairs, or post-market clinical support.
Background in diagnostic medical sonography and/or RDMS certification preferred.
Strong understanding of image-guided procedures, treatment workflow, and physician training models.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
Ability to travel up to 70%.

Responsibilities

Lead the field immersion phase of onboarding with hands-on coaching and structured assessments.
Develop and validate competency for new hires through coaching and LMS documentation.
Collaborate with Clinical Training, Clinical Applications Manager, and leadership to scale onboarding.
Travel to customer sites and training events up to 70% to support onboarding and field education.
Ensure standardized clinical workflows and documentation across onboarding cohorts.
Serve as primary clinical mentor during onboarding and ongoing field development.
