The Senior Clinical Administrative Coordinator provides essential administrative and operational support to the Behavioral Health Services Team (BHST), primarily based at the Community Transition Center. This role ensures the accuracy and integrity of behavioral health and probation records, supports data entry and reporting functions, and maintains compliance with documentation standards. Serving as a key liaison between providers, clients, and partner agencies, the coordinator facilitates communication, manages clinical files, and supports daily operations to enhance service delivery and client care.
This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work an 8-hour shift schedule during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm PST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime and weekends.
We offer paid on-the-job training. The hours during training will be 8:00am to 5:00pm PST, Monday - Friday.
Part of the challenge here is dealing positively with members and providers in sometimes challenging circumstances. As a subject matter expert, you'll also be the 'go-to' resource for information. The flexibility to work evening hours will also be required.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $20 - $36 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
