An established industry player is seeking a Senior Clinic Office Manager to oversee operations at a busy outpatient facility. The T.O.E.S. (Thoracic, Ortho, Esophageal, Sarcoma) Clinic is an outpatient facility at the Stephenson Cancer Center with 13 providers, servicing roughly 40 patients daily with Thoracic/Ortho-related cancer diagnoses. This is a fast-paced, collaborative environment that requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a willingness to learn.
Oversees the daily operation of a clinic.
Education: Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Accounting, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
Experience: 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience in a clinical setting.
Licensure/Certifications/Registrations: None required.
