Carbon180 is seeking a Senior Managing Communications Associate to build and run the content engine behind our climate work, turning policy, science, and program insights into blogs, newsletters, social content, and video across channels.

You will lead our first sustained public education push on carbon removal, own several channels end-to-end, and support fundraising by telling our impact story to donors, while shaping strategy through landscape and audience analysis.

Qualifications

• Six to ten years of experience in communications, marketing, content production, journalism, or advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit blogs, newsletters, and social content across policy areas.
• Manage newsletters production with program staff.
• Own editorial calendar for channels and publication order.
• Translate complex policy/science into accessible language for broad audiences.
• Maintain voice and style across all published content.
