Cresset, a leading multi-family office, seeks a Client Transition Specialist to accelerate onboarding for advisory teams and clients. You will coordinate documentation, facilitate transfers, and ensure smooth transitions across custodians, working on-site with advisors and service professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field or equivalent industry experience.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience, including 3+ years in wealth management transitions and integrations.
• Experience with custodian-to-custodian transfers and core account workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple urgent priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Travel to onboarding offices and stay on-site during active transitions.
• Execute end-to-end onboarding including documentation, account setup, and transfers.
• Maintain transition documentation and communicate with advisory teams and senior leaders.
• Provide high-touch support to advisors and client service professionals.
• Collaborate with Integrations to establish readiness and training resources.
• Identify process inefficiencies and contribute to scalable workflows.
• Support back-up client service during inactive transitions.
