Our purpose is to help ensure that both wealth and life are fully optimized**—integrated, intentional, and aligned with each client’s vision of success.
We provide access to the caliber of talent, ideas, and investment opportunities typically available to the largest single-family offices and institutions. Our approach is personalized, entrepreneurial, and client-first.
Cresset was built to endure. We are creating a 100+ year firm—one focused on delivering an exceptional experience, not only for the families we serve but for the team that serves them. Recognized by Barron’s among the nation’s top multi-family offices,* Cresset is guided by long-term relationships, shared success, and a belief that wealth should serve a life well lived.
The Client Transition Specialist is a highly visible role within the Client Service organization, with a dotted-line relationship to Integrations. Success in this role is critical to the successful onboarding and long-term effectiveness of newly joined financial advisory teams. The Client Transition Specialist accelerates transitions by serving as an on-site, concierge-style resource for advisors and client service professionals while directly executing the detailed, end-to-end onboarding of their clients. This includes preparing, reviewing, and sending client documentation, facilitating account opening and asset transfers, tracking onboarding activity through completion, and resolving issues that could delay the transition. The role also helps newly joined teams establish the workflows, technology, and operating practices required to become self-sufficient within Cresset.
Operating in a high-stakes, fast-paced, high-volume environment, this role requires urgency, precision, sound judgment, and exceptional organization. The Client Transition Specialist works across advisory teams, clients, custodians, and internal partners to manage multiple concurrent workstreams, anticipate and resolve issues in real time, and deliver seamless client and team experience while adhering to firm policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. When not assigned to an active transition, the role provides Client Service support to established financial advisory teams and contributes to special projects and process improvements.
Cresset is open to hiring this position in any of its office locations including: New York, Reston, Atlanta, West Palm Beach, Dallas, Houston, Denver, Minnetonka, and Scottsdale.
