What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of strategic accounts, guiding them through onboarding, renewals, and expansions

  • Contract management and renewal experience, particularly with procurement teams or legal stakeholders
  • Prior eCommerce or eCommerce SaaS experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency in client relationship management and internal collaboration
  • High proficiency with Salesforce and related tools for managing account workflows
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in client-facing roles with a focus on strategic accounts
  • Familiarity with strategic account planning and enterprise procurement or legal processes
  • Experience supporting client enablement and using data-driven insights for decision-making
  • Proficiency with Client Success platforms (e.g., Gainsight) to manage risk and drive impact
