The Role

The Senior Client Success Manager - Programmatic leads strategic client/agency partnerships, ensuring campaign success and driving account growth. This remote role is based in the Boston, MA area.

Responsibilities

• Understand Zeta’s offerings and communicate them persuasively to clients.
• Grow regional accounts by targeting top digital ad spenders.
• Manage campaign execution, including creative builds, asset setup, and timeline development.
• Coordinate project timelines and meet client goals.
• Prepare post-campaign analysis reports.
• Act as the main contact for campaign requests and communication.
• Lead client status meetings and track deliverables.
• Maintain clear documentation and liaise with internal teams.
• Monitor campaign performance and reporting.
• Provide campaign optimization suggestions.
• Advise clients on new strategies for continued success.
• Partner with analytics teams for post-campaign reports.
• Manage client campaigns to meet/exceed expectations and foster long-term relationships.
