What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop mastery of the employer's suite of products and solutions
- Align with executive stakeholders to understand strategic goals and communicate value
- Lead customer business reviews and executive alignment sessions to showcase ROI and partnership success
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex client challenges and drive product adoption
- Mentor junior Client Success Managers and promote collaboration within the Client Success team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Strategic Consulting, preferably in FinTech or SaaS
- Proven track record managing enterprise-level clients with a focus on retention and expansion
- Strong analytical and communication skills for strategic guidance
- Proficiency in tools like Salesforce or similar customer success platforms
- Ability to synthesize insights into actionable strategies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the construction lending, commercial real estate, or real estate finance sectors
- Familiarity with customer lifecycle strategies for multi-product portfolios
- Exposure to customer success best practices frameworks
